I've been using this for my morning flows and the cushioning is just right, not too squishy but my knees don't ache on the hardwood. The "breathe" affirmation printed on it genuinely helps me settle in instead of rushing through poses.

The "be present and Breathe" affirmation sits right where my eyes land in down dog, so it genuinely keeps me focused. The soft monotone ocean tones are calming without being distracting, and the mat's subtle grip feels great under my palms.
